Delete your account

Delete your account in the app
Open Weiyang and go to Profile. Tap your account card to open Account center, then choose Delete account. Type the confirmation word shown on screen and tap Permanently delete account. This works for guest accounts and for accounts signed in with Apple or Google.
Request deletion by email
If you can no longer open the app, email tangngvav94@icloud.com with the subject “Account deletion request”. Include the nickname shown on your Profile page, how you signed in (Apple, Google or guest) and the device you used. We may ask for information needed to confirm that the account is yours before processing the request, and we will reply by email with the result. Guest accounts are tied to the original device, so we may be unable to verify a guest account without it.
What is deleted
Your account is disabled as soon as deletion is requested, and the deletion is completed 7 days later. It removes your sign-in identities, profile and nickname, device records, the characters you created, conversations, messages, story branches, memories, world book entries, favorites, the reports and support requests you submitted, and generated voice audio.
What is kept
We keep an account record that no longer contains profile information, together with purchase, subscription, refund and voice coin transaction records, for as long as financial, tax and legal obligations require. Remaining voice coins and membership benefits cannot be restored after deletion.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel renewal in your Apple account’s Subscriptions settings on iPhone, or in Payments & subscriptions in the Google Play app on Android.
Data on your device
Character covers and drafts saved locally stay on your device. Remove them in the app before deleting your account, or uninstall the app or clear its data.
